		<description>One typical scenario where you see such error is when you are working in an environment where DHCP server leases IP addresses to the hosts. The system you are trying to reach with an IP address is not what you accessed before.

In such environment, unless DHCP server is intelligent enough to leave same IP to a PC most of the times, it becomes a messy with SSH access.

In any case to get rid of it, you can either remove corresponding line in ~/.ssh/known_hosts file.</description>
